While "Black Adam" did have a few good shots here and there, it's largely forgettable.
Obviously, you should not be expecting an intellectual movie, but characters are quite flat (even Adam himself), lack proper motivation or "feeling of a backstory" behind them. The most underwhelming one is Doctor Fate, which is a shame, considering how important the character was in the comics.
You can watch this, if you want something... "Mindless", but to be honest, it would be better to rewatched "Iron Man", which my mother liked for the same "mindlessness", even though she was not a fan of super-heroes.
