Actors are good and all, but it's clear that people did not even study anatomy properly before filming this. Martyrs (at least French version) felt way more realistic in this regard.
I think, if they had more time and made this into a mini-series of like 6 to 8 episodes, the story could have had a little bit more meat on it.
