Meh. Neither funny, nor scary, even though so affects did look or sound pretty good.
There is also a huge plot hole: if the guy was that close to the redhead, since they are friends and stuff, how come she never mentioned a little girl she has been living with dor a year? I mean that would be a big change in her life, would not she want to talk about it? And she does not seem introverted or shy.
