Not my cup of tea. At the least I do not get it, why you would want to hide the relationship at work. You would need to be careful to not overexpose it, like avoid kissing and touching in certain ways while at work, for sure, but there is not much point in completely hiding it. Gossip? People will gossip regardless of that. In fact, if they notice something, they can start gossiping even more. Otherwise, I do not think people care that much, as long as you are not abusing your power (in case of manager <> subordinate or when both are in same department or can approve each-other's requests in some system).
