It started with an ugly 3D bus. Then it used that thing when colors are sucked out of everything except specific object on screen. In this case, the "object" was Lily, and effect looked quite nice. Then it was... Just somewhat awkward interaction between Japanese employer and English child (the way she said "Bloody hell" was cute).
I am a bit concerned, that the guy did not reject Lily's "love" with "we can't be lovers, because you're underage" or something like that. But maybe there will be some plot point about that. Or maybe not. Opening and ads suggest that there will be other girls, and if they are all school-children... That is a bit disturbing. Unless they explicitly address this fact in next episode at the earliest. Especially considering, that closer to the end of the episode Lily seemed scared of Renji for some reason, when she was running from him, and that was not necessarily "oh, I got caught, I am in trouble" kind of "scared".
Either way, if I close my eyes at this concern... I guess you watch this to support your poor English, if you are a Japanese? There is a lot of English, and from the looks of it Renji will be trying to learn it going forward. Can be legitimately useful to some, depending on how they approach this, but I am skipping this regardless.
