Kara Odanyr est née en Ala Mhigo. Dans un petit village, assez pauvre. Elle vient d'une famille de mercenaire, vendant leur service, épée à la main pour se nourrir. Elle a un frère ainé, parti lorsqu'elle n'avait que dix ans de la maison. Son aventure, elle l'a commencé pour lui. Elle a apprit la magie blanche, la magie régénératrice, afin de le retrouver, et ainsi, pouvoir lui venir en aide s'il en avait le besoin. Et c'est a dix huit ans, qu'elle part de chez elle.
Elle ne savait pas dans quoi elle s'embarquait. Les héritiers de la septième Aube est sa seconde famille. Si bien qu'elle en a crée une annexe, une compagnie libre, la Garde de l'Aube.
Dix ans ont passés. Et Kara a évolué. Mère de trois enfants (jumeau & un adopté malgré elle) et récemment marié, la jeune femme s'est retourné vers ses origines. Reprenant la lame et le bouclier afin de protéger ceux qu'elle aime.
