Zeth Lyons grew up on the small island of Kyna, not too far south of the Gyr Abania coastline. Always a bright boy, he became skilled in magic at a young age. The invasion of Garlean forces destroyed his home and left him stranded in Ul'dah.
By the age of thirty, he had moved to Gridania and reestablished himself as an Adventurer. He found a new home within his Free Company and his friends there became his family. His innate magical talents allowed him to grasp Conjury and Thaumaturgy quickly. His real talent was with arcanima and summoning magic. Blessed with the Echo, he was able to get close to a variety of primals and attune to their power, calling them forth in battle.
Zeth is a mischevious fellow, using sarcasm as one his favorite conversation tools. He's kind to strangers and way too playful at times. He loves nature, climbing trees, anything magical and has been caught hoarding cookies. He has a son, Emmet, who has just seen eight summers and enjoys participating in the Feast and playing Triple Triad.
Always looking for ways to develop his magical talents, he never backs down from a good quest, gladly volunteers for trips to new places and is willing to help any who need it.
